Simple, Time Tested, And Scientifically Proven To Burn Fat And Transform Your Body Far Better Than Any Fitness Routine Built Upon Diet And Aerobic Exercise.
Most people have heard the simple equation for losing weight: “Eat Less, Move More.” Meaning, in order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat. Moving more will burn more calories. Eating less means your body will need to use other energy sources than food for the fuel to move. In other words once your main fuel tank (stomach) runs low your body will turn to the spare tank (fat) for the energy it needs.
Unfortunately, many men and women are eating less, and moving more, but still not losing weight. One of the main reasons behind this failure is founded on a common misconception about the most effective way to move more to stimulate weight loss.
The majority of people rely on cardio exercises, or aerobic activities like jogging, the elliptical, or a spinning class, for burning calories to lose weight. But I can tell you, drawing on my 30 plus years working in the fitness industry, and backed up by hundreds of clinical studies, that cardio is not the most effective activity for losing weight.
